First fanart I’ve draw in months…

This was vaguely inspired by a prompt in this post about Steve taking care of Bucky and trying to restore him to his old self but apparently that was too cheerful for me so it turned into Bucky angsting in front of a cracked mirror because symbolism.

[Sebastian]’s really got into it. He’s read all the comics already and spent the last year prepping by just immersing himself in Cold War history, to the point where he would comment on some of the stuff about the origin of the Winter Soldier that I put in the comic. He’d say, ‘Did you know that there really was a General assassinated back then?’ and I’d say, ‘Yes, that’s what I based it on - I took actual moments of history and put him into them.’ He was so into the ride and you couldn’t ask for more.

"I was their secret weapon in the cold war… or at least, I was one of them. The Black Widow was another. Something about her touched what was left of my humanity."

Captain America Vol. 5 Issue 624

I changed the date— this would be right after BW finishes her training and before WS is put in cryo for having super sexy Soviet sex with her (HOLY ALLITERATION, BATMAN).

I’m so happy to have gained new followers and friends who enjoy Marvel comics or even the films :D It’s great to see a fandom explosion for these two. AGAIN, FINGERS CROSSED FOR THE MAXIMOFFS!

Hope you like it! <3 Jess

"bucky is a villain"

"bucky is the new loki"

"bucky is a brainwashed assassin who is generally a good guy but is forced to do bad things"

Inspired by this post.

Bucky’s had enough of your shit, Pierce.

(Please do not steal or repost my shitty comic thank you.)
